Chairman of Wan Chai District Council and Residents of Happy Valley visited Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme

Chairman of Wan Chai District Council, Mr Stephen NG Kam-chun, BBS, MH, JP, and a group of Happy Valley residents visited Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme on 10th February, and were briefed by the project team on DSD’s flood prevention works and the design and operation of the project.
