Special Envoy for International Water Affairs for the Kingdom of the Netherlands visits Drainage Services Department

Special Envoy for International Water Affairs for the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mr Henk Ovink, Consul-General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Hong Kong, Ms Annemieke Ruigrok, and the Dutch delegates visited Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Tank today (22 January), and were briefed by the project team on DSD’s flood prevention works and the design & operation of the project.
