Chief Secretary for Administration visits Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Tank

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Matthew CHEUNG Kin-chung, today (January 15) visited Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Tank and was briefed by the Director of Drainage Services, Mr Edwin TONG Ka-hung, and the project team, on the design and operation of the project.
