Acting Mayor of Beijing visits Drainage Serives Department

Acting Mayor of Beijing Mr CHEN Ji-ning with his delegation visited Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Tank today (November 27) and was briefed by the Director of Drainage Services, Mr Edwin TONG Ka-hung, and the project team, on the flood prevention works of Drainage Services Department and the design and operation of the project.
