U Magazine interviewed DSD Engineer Mr TONG Kwan-shing, Tommy about Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme

On 9 March 2017, our Engineer Mr TONG Kwan-shing, Tommy, gave an interview to U Magazine about the project of Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme.
Mr Tong introduced the background, design consideration and environmental friendly features of the project. Mr Tong then guided the reporter to visit the underground storage tank and the green slope on the pump house rooftop, and explained how the design achieved multi-purpose land use.
