Accompanied by the Chairman of the Wong Tai Sin District Council, Mr LI Tak-hong, and the District Officer (Wong Tai Sin), Ms Annie KONG, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Matthew CHEUNG Kin-chung visited the Kai Tak River today (September 27) and was briefed by the Acting Director of Drainage Services, Mr MAK Ka-wai, on the Kai Tak River improvement works.
