DSD signed consultancy agreement for Shek Wu Hui Sewage Treatment Works Further Expansion Phase 1A

The Drainage Services Department signed a $12.38 million consultancy agreement on 4 January 2013 with AECOM Asia Company Limited to conduct an investigation study for Shek Wu Hui Sewage Treatment Works – Further Expansion Phase 1A.

The scope of the study comprises various technical reviews, impact assessments, ground investigation, sewage and sludge treatment process design, formulation of implementation strategies and public engagement.  The study is expected to take about 18 months to complete.
