DSD signed consultancy agreement for “Improvement of Yuen Long Town Nullah (Town Centre Section) – Stage 1 Improvement Works”

The Drainage Services Department signed a $5.323 million consultancy agreement on 13 December 2012 with Black & Veatch Hong Kong Limited to undertake detailed design and construction supervision of Stage 1 Improvement Works of the Yuen Long Town Nullah (Town Centre Section).

The scope of the consultancy agreement comprises the review, site investigations, detailed design, tendering, construction supervision and commissioning of the Dry Weather Flow interception System along the Yuen Long nullah at the town centre and the Scenic Water Supply System.  The consultancy agreement is expected to take about 93 months to complete.
