Talk about Vertical Greening

Mr. TSUI Wai, the Deputy Director of Drainage Services, was interviewed by Ming Pao and Wen Wei Po on the vertical greening study and performance of different climber species at Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works on 18 July 2012.

Vertical greening not only increases the greening space in the STW, but also improves the living environment for surrounding residents. Besides, the study results can be used for selection of suitable species in DSD projects and as reference for the industry.
