Drainage Services Department

The Project comprises the following key elements:

(a)  drainage system upgrading and flow diversion works at Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing including pipe laying works at Cheung Pei Shan Road, Castle Peak Road, Lei Pui Street, Tai Pak Tin Street, Wo Yi Hop Road, Wah King Hill Road, Ha Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road; and

(b)  ancillary flood alleviation works, including but not limited to (i) drainage improvement scheme(s) at Hoi Kok Street, (ii) holistic review on modification works to the intakes of Tsuen Wan Drainage Tunnel and the Shing Mun Catchwater and (iii) drainage works in rural area in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing.
