The scope of the project comprises the construction of –

(a) Stormwater pumping scheme at Kwun Tong Promenade including an underground storage tank, a pump house, electrical and mechanical (E&M) works and associated stormwater drain;
(b) Stormwater pumping scheme at Kwun Tong Action Area including an underground storage tank, a pump house, E&M works and associated stormwater drain; and
(c) Ancillary works including reprovision of the parks, playground, recreation ground and associated facilities
