Payment Methods

1.  By Autopay

Please contact Water Supplies Department or your banker for obtaining the Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) form if you wish to apply for autopay service.  Customer is required to use other methods to settle the bill unless the bill shows that the payable amount is to be settled by autopay.

2.  By "PPS"

Please dial Tel No. 18031 or visit http://www.ppshk.com and enter Merchant Code '08' for payment.

3.  By Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)

Please select "Bill Payment" function through any ATM with either a logo of "JETPAYMENT" or "Bill Payment Service".

4.  Through Internet

For details of payment method, please visit Treasury's website at http://www.info.gov.hk/tsy.

5.  In Person

Payment may be made in person at any post offices (except mobile post offices) or any of the Water Supplies Department Customer Enquiry Centres with collection service (Please call 2824 5000 for addresses and operating hours). Please produce the bill intact when making payment. It will be receipted and returned to the payee. 6.  By Post

Cheques should be crossed made payable to "The Government of the HKSAR" and mailed with the payment slip to The Director of Accounting Services, P.O. Box No. 28000, Gloucester Road Post Office, Hong Kong.  Please write the "Charge No." at the back of the cheque and allow 3 working days for processing. No receipt will be issued. We reserve the right to deny acceptance of cheque payment without prior notice if customer had record of "cheque returned".

Cash or cash cheque should not be sent by post. Post-dated cheques are normally not accepted.
