Method of Payment
Payment of registration fees must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) by the following methods:
- Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard
- Personal or Company Cheque (for Hong Kong participants only) should be crossed and made payable to “The Government of the HKSAR”
- Telegraphic Transfer
Cancellation Policy
Refund of cancellations of registration, visit and tour will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Conference. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 29 October 2014.
The registration, visits and tour fee is non-refundable for any no-show.
Additional Notes
- Registrations are subject to approval by the Conference Organiser. The Secretariat will send a confirmation by email upon acceptance of your registration, please check the confirmation email. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- Your credit card/ cheque will be processed after your request for registration is confirmed.
- Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
- Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
- The Conference Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, Visits and Spouse Tours, the only and maximum liability of the Conference Organiser is to refund all the fees paid.
