DSD has won two awards in The Ombudsman's Awards 2016

DSD has won two individual Awards for Officers of Public Organisations at the 20th Presentation Ceremony of The Ombudsman's Awards 2016 on 27 October. Individual Awards were given to our colleagues Senior Engineer of Project Management Division Mr. LEE Hong-nin, Robin and Engineer of Mainland North Division Mr. YU Wai-cheong, Henry for their outstanding performance in providing quality customer service.

The Ombudsman's Awards Scheme was introduced in 1997 and the Scheme was extended to honour individual public officers to recognise public officers' efforts in handling enquiries and complaints relating to the Code on Access to Information in recent years. This is not the first time for DSD receiving the awards, indicating that the devoted service and valuable contribution of DSD are well received by the public.
