DSD awarded Agreement No. CE 47/2016 (DS) “Rehabilitation of Underground Sewers and Drains – Investigation, Design and Construction”

The Drainage Services Department signed a $20 million consultancy agreement on 10 May 2017 with Black & Veatch Hong Kong Limited for undertaking the investigation, design and construction for rehabilitation of underground sewers and drains territory-wide. The scope of the consultancy agreement comprises site investigation, impact assessments, detailed design and construction supervision for condition survey and rehabilitation of the concerned sewers and drains. The consultancy agreement will last for about 130 months.
