This Assignment mainly includes the following services:
(a) To carry out detailed structural condition surveys for assessing the current structural and service conditions of the building and civil engineering structures within the selected DSD plants and compile the survey findings in the form of Structural Condition Survey Report;
(b) To compile the basic information of the plants, the detailed structural conditions survey results and the repair works required/done and any other information as required in electronic format;
(c) Torecommend methods of remedial works and prioritize the remedial works identified in the project with an implementation programme in the form of Remedial Works Design Report following the detailed structural conditions survey;
(d) To prepare standard/minor remedial works design for defects identified in the detailed structural conditions survey; and
(e) To review, comment and modify the Preventive Maintenance Manual prepared by the previous consultants of “Structural Condition Survey of DSD Civil Structural Assets – Investigation”
