Requests for information or records held by the department may be made by letter or application form or obtainable from the Reception Counters of this department on the following locations:.

1. Drainage Services Department - Offices
(i) 43rd floor, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong;
(ii) 12th floor, Kowloon Government Office, 405 Nathan Road;
(iii) Ground floor, Western Magistracy, 2A Pok Fu Lam Road, Hong Kong; or
2. at the Public Enquiry Service Centres of all District Offices.

2.A copy of the Code on Access to Information

3.A copy of the Guidelines on Interpretation and Application of the Code on Access to Information

4.A list of information published or made available to the public free of charge or at a price

5.A list of legal requirements

6.A copy of the Performance Pledge

7.A set of administrative procedures for handling requests for information under the Code (in English)

Other than publications which are available free of charge, or at a price specified, the following photocopying and printing charges will be levied :

Photocopying black and white on A3 and A4 size paper (Color copy and enlarging/reducing services are not available)	HK$1.00 per page ^(Note); AND HK$7.30 as searching fee per sheet of A3 or A4 size drawing/plan
Large format photocopying black and white on 841mm x 1000mm or smaller paper (Color copy and enlarging/reducing services are not available)	$51.00 each (including searching fee)

^(Note)Photocopying made on both sides of a sheet is counted as two pages.

Additional charge may be levied for searching the document by this Department.

The above charge is subject to revision from time to time.
